Justin Robbins, brings 20+ years of diverse expertise across the customer experience, including roles in operations, professional services, and technology. He specializes in helping business leaders understand and overcome their obstacles to delivering exceptional service interactions resulting in long-term loyalty.
Juanita Coley is best known as the “Contact Center Whisperer” and the CEO and Founder of Solid Rock Consulting. From teen mom to tech maven, Mrs. Corporate America 2022, Most Influential Tech Advisor and 2022 Top 25 Thought Leader. Juanita and her team of consultants have a global presence spanning the US, Canada, and EMEA.
Sally is the CEO of Boss Lady Consulting + Clarity PX. She is downright feisty in the belief that businesses and leaders that honor HUMANS in the center of their work
will be the most successful. Sally has decades of experience as a leader in marketing, communications, and customer experience.
Sally is also the host of our "Bring Your Own Chair" community podcast!
Matt Lyles is a keynote speaker, customer experience consultant and host of the globally popular SIMPLE brand podcast. Matt enjoyed a long career with FedEx leading their brand strategy and guiding the effort to redefine their customer experience. Today, he helps companies deliver experiences that create loyal customers and loyal employees—all through the power of simplicity.

Jeremy is the Chief Engagement Advisor for CXA. He is a proven visionary leader, seasoned manager, and lifelong learner experienced in building both customer service teams and customer experience programs. Jeremy is capable of creating a customer service operation from scratch...and technically savvy enough to scale it with a rapidly growing business.
Jenny is the Chief Learning Advisor for CXA. She is a community builder through-and-through...crafting engaging social media content, building thriving online cohorts, and ensuring top-notch customer experiences. Jenny is well-known for helping businesses make meaningful connections with their audience, resulting in increased brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
