Jeremy is a CX leader, contact center veteran, and Director of CX for NumberBarn. He is an avid learner, and is constantly giving back to the CX and Customer Service community through his writings. You can see his work featured on Customer Think, Customer Service Life, and now CX Accelerator!
Jenny Dempsey
With over a decade of customer service experience, Jenny has been recognized through social media channels as a thought leader. She is co-founder and a regular contributor on the Customer Service Life blog. When she's not helping or singing to customers, she can be found practicing yoga, cooking a vegan meal, drinking wine, or all of the above at the same time.


Becky Roemen
Becky is a Customer Experience enthusiast & evangelist with an enduring love for digital transformation and CX strategy. As a Minnesota native, she enjoys the lakes, hiking and breweries. Find her work on the Tin Cans & String blog!
Nate Brown
Nate is a huge fan of the customer community, and is thrilled to work with this friends to create something awesome for CX professionals (enter CX Accelerator!) He has a customer service background, but more recently has been designing a new CX program from scratch and is having a ball learning along the way.
